A thought-leader in HIM with extensive clinical consulting services project management experience, Kim has 20-plus years in health information and reimbursement management for hospitals and physician offices. She is responsible for all aspects of Panacea’s clinical consulting products.
Gary R. Fong, Pharm. D., Senior Vice President
Gary has been in healthcare for over 30 years and his experience has been in pharmacy administration, hospital administration, the pharmaceutical industry and for the past several years, healthcare revenue cycle management consulting and service.
Robin Zweifel, BS, MT(ASCP), Vice President, Clinical Consulting Services – Chargemaster
Robin’s area of expertise includes clinical laboratory and chargemaster management, as well as Infusion and Pharmacy regulatory compliance. She is lead on the development of Panacea’s CDMAuditor’s CDM Coding & Compliance Module and contributes to a number of publications and web-based products that help providers maintain regulatory compliance while ensuring positive revenue outcomes.
Randy Wiitala, BS, MT(ASCP), Vice President, Clinical Consulting Services - Pharmacy
Randy’s areas of expertise include pharmacy, chargemaster, and lab reviews for coding and regulatory compliance and revenue assurance. He is co-lead on the development of Panacea’s PHARMauditor.com and MedLearnDrugCodes.com, Randy is a contributing author to variety of publications and electronic products that help providers maintain revenue streams and regulatory compliance for Laboratory and Pharmacy services.
Jeff Majchrzak , BA, RT(R), CIRCC, RCC, Vice President, Clinical Consulting Services - Radiology
Jeff is board-certified in both nuclear medicine and radiologic technology. He is the technical editor for Panacea’s CPT Coding and Regulatory Compliance for Radiology publication and authored the Study Guide for the Radiology Coding Certification Board Exam, Interventional Coder and CT/MRI Coder manuals. Jeff also performs a variety of IR and Cardiology services coding audits and is a nationally recognized speaker.
Sandra Routhier, RHIA, CCS, Vice President, HIM Services
Sandy’s expertise includes inpatient HIM coding and regulatory audits and coding staff training. She is the current President of the Upper Peninsula chapter of the Michigan Health Information Management Association.

Catherine Huyghe has 30+ years’ experience in the Interventional Radiology and Cardiology auditing, revenue cycle and management industry. Cathy is a Certified Procedural Coder (CPC).

Lynn’s expertise includes inpatient HIM coding audits and coding staff training. She also performs CDIP analysis and CDIP staff and Physician training projects. She is also an AHIMA certified ICD-10 Trainer.

Becky’s expertise includes professional services coding and billing audits as well as provider and staff coding education. She has experience with many provider types and physician specialties.

Jacky performs on and off-site coding and quality audits for inpatient services, audits related to RACs, PERMs and CERTs, etc., and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Projects. She also provides coding education to various groups such as coders, billers, nurses, physicians, etc.
